A short list of what an account contains, why, and for how long.

**Quick answer — What data does RealSIM Numbers keep?**

RealSIM Numbers keeps an email address, a hashed password, top-up and order records and the SMS received by your numbers, as of October 2026. It asks for no ID, selfie, address or phone number. Received SMS are visible only in your account and are kept for a limited period.

## Which data do we keep?

| Data | Purpose | Kept |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Email address and hashed password | Account access | While the account is open |
| Top-ups (coin, network, amount, transaction) | Crediting the balance, accounting | As long as accounting law requires |
| Orders: service, country, number, status | Your history and support | While the account is open |
| SMS received by your numbers | Showing you the code | A limited period after the order (stated in your account) |
| Visit source (referring site, landing page) | Knowing which pages bring orders | With the order; no IP address |
| Technical logs | Security and troubleshooting | A short period |

## Who can read the SMS my numbers receive?

Only you, in your account, and our support when you ask for help with an order. A single-use number goes back to the pool after the order; SMS sent to it later are not shown to you.

## Do you use tracking cookies?

No advertising or tracking cookies. The account uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The public pages store the site that referred you and the first page you visited in your browser for 30 days, so that an order records where it came from; this contains no IP address and no identifier.

## How do I have my data deleted?

Write to [support@realsimnumbers.com](mailto:support@realsimnumbers.com) from the account email. We delete the account and its data, except records we must keep by law.
