| USDT | Tether | TRC-20 (Tron) or ERC-20 (Ethereum) |
| USDC | USD Coin | ERC-20 (Ethereum) |

Send on the network shown on your top-up screen. A transfer on another network cannot be matched to your top-up.
How is a top-up credited?
Request a top-up
Choose an amount from $20 and a coin. The screen fixes the crypto amount, the address, the network and an expiry time.
Send the exact amount
Send exactly the amount shown, from any wallet or exchange that supports the network.
Wait for confirmation
The balance is credited once the transfer is confirmed on the network and matched to the top-up. The screen updates by itself.
A wrong amount, a late payment or a transfer on another network is reviewed by support instead of being credited at once; write to us with the top-up reference.
Are there fees?
We add no fee to a top-up. Your wallet or exchange charges the network fee of the transfer; on Tron and Solana it is usually small, on Bitcoin and Ethereum it varies with network load. Numbers are then charged at the price shown on the order screen.
What happens to unused balance?
Top-ups are added to a prepaid balance in USD. Unused balance stays on your account; it is not paid back in crypto, except where the law requires it.
If no SMS arrives before the window ends, or the service refuses the number, cancel the order: the price goes back to your balance as credit. You are not charged for a number that received no code.
Why crypto only?
Crypto lets us open accounts without collecting card details or identity documents, and lets customers pay from any country. The no-KYC policy lists exactly what we collect.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to verify my identity?
No. RealSIM Numbers asks for no ID, no selfie and no documents: an email and a password open an account. The acceptable use policy still applies to every order.
Is there a maximum top-up?
The top-up screen shows the accepted range. Top up what you expect to use: balance is not paid back in crypto.
Can I pay with a card or PayPal?
No. Payment is in crypto only.
