How much does it cost to keep a US number?

A rental keeps the same US number for you for the whole period, so you can receive later codes too, for example at each login.

How is the balance charged?

  • Top up once: at least $20 in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC or TRX. The top-up screen shows the exact amount, the network and the address.
  • Pay per number: the price shown on the order screen leaves your balance when you confirm. No subscription, no monthly fee, no setup fee.
  • No code, no charge: If no SMS arrives before the window ends, or the service refuses the number, cancel the order: the price goes back to your balance as credit. You are not charged for a number that received no code.
  • Unused balance: Top-ups are added to a prepaid balance in USD. Unused balance stays on your account; it is not paid back in crypto, except where the law requires it.
  • Network fee: your wallet pays the blockchain fee of the transfer; we add nothing on top.

How are these prices set?

We read the public prices of other SMS verification providers on their own pages, country by country, and set ours below the reference we track for each country. For the United States the reference is the median of six public prices; for most other countries it is the public price list of SMSPool.

Some providers list lower prices for the same code. The figures, their sources and the date we read them are in the SMS verification price index; the method is the same every month.

Frequently asked questions

Why does WhatsApp cost more than Google?

Services differ in how often they reject numbers and how much demand there is for their codes, so providers price them differently. Across six US providers on 2026-10-18, the median WhatsApp price was $1.50 against $0.48 for Google.

Is there a minimum spend?

The minimum is the top-up: $20. After that you can buy a single $0.36 code; the rest stays on your balance for later numbers.

What happens if no code arrives?

If no SMS arrives before the window ends, or the service refuses the number, cancel the order: the price goes back to your balance as credit. You are not charged for a number that received no code.

How do I pay?

Top up your balance in crypto (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC or TRX), from $20. Each number is then paid from that balance. See pay with crypto.

Do I need to verify my identity?

No. RealSIM Numbers asks for no ID, no selfie and no documents: an email and a password open an account. The acceptable use policy still applies to every order.

Do prices change?

Yes. We review them every month against public prices and publish the date of each edition on this page. The price shown on the order screen when you confirm is the one you pay.
