Frequently asked questions

How long is a Polish mobile number?

Nine digits after +48, for example +48 5xx xxx xxx.

Do I need to register a Polish number myself?

No. Polish law requires registration of prepaid SIMs by their holder; you order with an email and a password.

Is a non-VoIP number always accepted?

No. A non-VoIP number is classed as mobile in carrier databases, which most sign-up forms accept, but each service sets its own rules and can still refuse a number. If that happens, cancel the order and the price goes back to your balance.

Do I need to verify my identity?

No. RealSIM Numbers asks for no ID, no selfie and no documents: an email and a password open an account. The acceptable use policy still applies to every order.
