Terms of service for RealSIM Numbers SMS verification
The rules of the service in plain words. The acceptable use, refunds and privacy pages are part of these terms.
What does the service include?
- Temporary use of a mobile phone number to receive SMS. The number is not transferred to you and cannot make calls or send SMS.
- Single-use numbers: SMS from one chosen service during the reception window shown before you pay.
- Rentals (US): SMS from one service or any service, for the period bought.
How do payment and balance work?
Top-ups are added to a prepaid balance in USD. Unused balance stays on your account; it is not paid back in crypto, except where the law requires it. The price of each order is the one shown on the order screen when you confirm.
When is an order credited back?
If no SMS arrives before the window ends, or the service refuses the number, cancel the order: the price goes back to your balance as credit. You are not charged for a number that received no code. Details on refunds and credit.
What is not guaranteed?
Each service decides which numbers it accepts. We cannot guarantee that a given service will accept a number or send its SMS, and stock changes during the day. Numbers are reassigned after use; do not rely on a single-use number for account recovery.
Which uses are allowed?
Honest uses only: keeping your own number private, testing an app, signing up from abroad or separating work and personal accounts. Fraud, impersonation, spam and taking over accounts that are not yours are forbidden. See the acceptable use policy.
Can these terms change?
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page changes when we do. Orders already paid keep the terms in force when they were placed.
